We stand by the effectiveness and authenticity of every product we sell.
- Eligibility: You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product if the item is damaged, defective, or if it does not perform as authentically claimed (i.e., your Kitchen Degreaser doesn't degrease, or the humidifier is faulty).
- Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance or heavily discounted items may be exempt.
- Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specified number of business days.
